Welcome to Trevportkey ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Trevportkey and each individual or entity accessing, registering with, or utilising our algorithmic analytical software, interfaces, API connectors, and automated execution features (collectively, the "Services").
By browsing, accessing, or registering an account through our digital properties, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure Notice. If you do not agree to every provision contained herein, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.
1. Eligibility and Regulatory Scope
The Services are intended solely for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Access to our algorithmic crypto analytical suite is void where prohibited by statutory or regulatory decrees.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that your access and trading activities conform to the legal, tax, and exchange control obligations of your residence, including the financial services frameworks of the United Kingdom and relevant statutory instruments.
2. Nature of Software Services (No Financial Advisory Role)
Trevportkey provides software tools incorporating statistical analysis, pattern recognition, and algorithmic computation designed to monitor and automate execution requests on interconnected third-party cryptocurrency exchanges.
Explicit Exclusion of Advisory Services: Trevportkey is a technology software vendor and does not operate as an investment manager, portfolio advisor, broker-dealer, custodian, or regulated credit institution. None of the software outputs, algorithmic signals, automated indicators, backtested performance simulations, or website materials constitute tailored investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
3. Account Registration, Credentials, and API Security
To access automated features, users may be required to configure credentials and integrate third-party exchange Application Programming Interface ("API") keys. By doing so, you agree to:
- Provide genuine, precise, and current identification details where mandated by security checks;
- Preserve the confidentiality of access passwords, multi-factor authentication tokens, and private identifiers;
- Configure API keys with restricted privileges, explicitly excluding withdrawal permissions wherever supported by third-party exchanges;
- Accept sole accountability for all activities, trade triggers, and orders executed under your account credentials.
Trevportkey shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised local hardware, credential theft, phishing vectors, or user misconfiguration of API authorization scopes.
4. Platform Access, System Availability, and Latency
While Trevportkey strives for maximum computational uptime and reliable algorithmic throughput, all digital infrastructure remains susceptible to disruptions. We do not warrant that:
- The Services will operate without interruption, packet latency, network jitter, or software bugs;
- Exchange connectors will maintain uninterrupted synchronization during volatile order book movements;
- Algorithmic parameters will trigger trade requests at prices displayed before execution slippage occurs.
We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency system maintenance, deploy security patches, or restrict platform modules without prior warning whenever critical infrastructure stability mandates such measures.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with the platform—including but not limited to proprietary mathematical algorithms, neural computation pipelines, user interface designs, source code, graphic marks, and branding elements—are the exclusive property of Trevportkey or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to interact with the software interface solely for individual or authorized business use in strict conformity with these Terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that harms our platform or other market participants. Specifically, you must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the operational logic or weights of proprietary algorithmic models;
- Deploy distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) traffic or automated scraping bots beyond approved public APIs;
- Employ the software to engage in deceptive market practices, including wash trading, spoofing, or liquidity layering;
- Circumvent geographic filters or technological containment barriers deployed by Trevportkey.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Trevportkey, its corporate directors, software engineers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of capital, digital asset liquidation, slippage costs, exchange insolvency, or hardware malfunction arising out of your reliance on our tools.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trevportkey and its affiliates against any liabilities, claims, regulatory enforcement penalties, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms, unlawful trading practices, or misuse of third-party exchange accounts.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any controversy or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of London, England, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Modifications and Contact
We reserve the right to amend these Terms periodically. Continued utilization of our software following posted updates confirms your acceptance of the revised terms. For queries, contact us at [email protected].
